BGCA Athletic Training Event: Meet the Coaches

Last week Pretty Knotty coordinated an Athletic Training workshop at the Boys & Girls Club Family Center in Springfield, MA. We were fortunate to have volunteer coaches from Springfield College run the event under the supervision of Dr. Kristen Ouellette, Assistant Professor of Exercise Science and Sports Studies.

Let's learn more about two of the coaches who volunteered to train the Lady Ballers last week!

My coaching philosophy revolves around my passion for my work and my goal to foster the growth of my players through sports for young adults aspiring to become active, ideal citizens in their community.

I strive to mold a group of talented individuals to communicate, take responsibility, show care and respect for others and stay honest to who they truly are.

I believe in nurturing their dreams and supporting them in and out of the weight room.
